Ultimately, without the happiness of your customers, your business will be dead before you know it. Go the extra mile to help them and their success will be yours.
Our people come first.
Invest in your people. They are by far your most important asset.
Each of us has knowledge and ideas to benefit our existence, share them, the best idea wins.
This is critical to our culture. Ideas are energy and advantage, and a company needs both to succeed. Create an accepting environment for ideas no matter where they come from.
We are not ruled by what happens to us, but what we do about it.
This is an age old phrase. When starting from a simple idea and growing it into a business, there is so much thrown at you, you better be able to catch or duck, or start throwing back.
We are accountable for our actions and hold character and integrity above all else.
Mistakes are the result of taking risks. Where would we be wiothout them? Own up to your mistakes, it makes you a better and more respected human being.
Those who give credit, get credit.
It's just good karma. Complementing or elevating a work colleague is positive and reflects well for everyone. Taking credit for someone else's effort will ruin you over time.
